How do I check the status of my order?

You should receive a tracking email after you place an order. If you didn't get the tracking email within 2-3 business days, please email support at Support@InkedPrincess.com

After an order has been placed, it's immediately sent to one of our fulfillment center where we will ship your items within 2-3 business days. Below are the expected delivery times.

How long does delivery take?

All of our products are made & shipped from the USA! Standard shipping times apply (1-7 days domestic, 4-15 days for international).

I've put a wrong shipping address and/or picked a wrong size/variant! Can I change it?

If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible, we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can't promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order and shipped out the within a couple days. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it. Contact us anyway, we still care and we'll try to make it right for you. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can't use.

Inked Princess adheres to highest industry standards to protect your personal information.

Your credit card information and personal details are encrypted during transmission using SSL (secure socket layer technology), which is widely used on the Internet for processing payments. 

Your credit card information is used automatically to complete the requested transaction and is not stored or viewed in any other way.
